This company is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence in the building services industry.Your new role \nIn this role, you will provide technical support, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes Building Services Designers, Building Physicists, and Document Controllers.
You will work on a variety of projects across multiple market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully coordinated design for installation purposes, covering RIBA stages 0 to 5. Key responsibilities include:\n\nCollaborating with Building Service Engineers to produce coordinated drawings\nDelivering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team\nCoordinating Building Services using REVIT MEP\nCreating and amending MEP Families, Objects, Tags, and Annotations\nDeveloping legends, schedules, and templates\nModifying drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD\nMeeting project requirements within specified time frames\nMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulations and design standards\nProviding guidance to junior staff and apprentices\nAdhering to BIM Protocols\nLiaising professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors, and staff at all levelsWhat you'll need to succeed \nTo be successful in this role, you should be proficient in Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated software. Ideally, you will have a background in the MEP industry or experience in a similar role.
Other essential skills and qualifications include:\n\nExcellent attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\nAbility to exercise initiative and prioritise tasks\nOrganised and able to work to high standards within agreed timescales\nTeam player with the ability to work independently\nIdeally, ONC/HNC in a relevant disciplineWhat you'll get in return \nIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and full-time employment (40 hours per week).
