Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to KS1 students
2. Assess and monitor student progress
3. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
5. Participate in school events and meetings
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience teaching KS1 students
8. Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Strong classroom management skills
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
11. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
12. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
Preferred Qualifications:
13. Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
14. Experience working with students with special educational needs
