Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.\n\nThe ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and hands on approach.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.\n\n * Assemble products using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety protocols.\n\n * Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.\n\n * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.\n\n * Ensure that all production areas are organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.\n\n * Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets.\n\n * Provide training and support to new team members on equipment operation and safety practices.\n\nQualifications\n\n * Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.\n\n * Strong mechanical knowledge\n\n * Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.\n\n * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.\n\n * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.\n\n * A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all tasks performed.\n\nMonday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm, Friday 1pm (40hrs per week)\n\nTemp to Perm
