The MI Lead will play a key role in designing and implementing a centralised Enterprise MI, Planning, and Insights framework that enhances customer journeys and supports data-driven decision-making. The role involves creating and embedding MI standards across all accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders, clients, and regulators. The MI Lead will oversee reporting development, maintain reporting systems, and leverage tools like MS Office, Power Query, and Power BI to support business insights, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. * Leading and developing a team, ensuring MI is delivered accurately and in a timely manner
* Producing automated MI, reporting and dashboard delivery in a range of solutions with the required controls and governance to provide accurate data delivery
* Improving operational efficiency and productivity through standardisation, automation and best practice
* Understanding the needs and desired outcomes from stakeholders from requirements gathering, solution design and deployment
* Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and with external suppliers / vendors
* Support the delivery of the Enterprise MI, Planning, and Insights strategy
Strong knowledge of MI and report production in a regulated environment
* Excellent Leadership and Stakeholder management skills
* A highly accountable individual who consistently takes ownership and ensures the timely and thorough completion of tasks
* Background with BI tools and systems such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
* Knowledge of data visualisation techniques and best practices
* Good communication and influencing skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
