Job Description
* Provide administrative support to project teams within the SAP 4 HANA teams
* Assist in the coordination of project meetings and events
* Help in the preparation of project reports and presentations
* Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date
* Communicate with stakeholders across the business
* Assist in the management of project risks and issues
* Support the wider PMO team as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful PMO Administrator should have:
* Experience with SAP 4 HANA (desirable)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
