Job Description
Wealth Manager - Senior Wealth Manager - Wealth Advisor
About us
We empower our advisers to go deeper with clients.
Our unique client proposition allows us to enable clients, carefully and professionally, to have a more rewarding relationship with their adviser. A relationship that focusses on helping clients to be not just financially but also legally organised – and remain organised.
We provide financial leadership and clients are set up for success when it comes to optimising the balance between money and life. We believe a true wealth management proposition, that isn’t simply investment management in disguise, is hard to find but it is what we provide. As a result, it is much less about regulated advice or becoming the richest in the cemetery.
It is rather comprehensive, motivates us to grow further and even makes us a little evangelical about our approach.
Why do we think that is the right way? We believe that the term ‘wealth management’ is overused and that clients need to find it much easier to identify the right adviser to look after them.
Our team shares a growth-mindset as many of us previously felt held back by the platform they were serving before joining us. We recognise that an overly commercial focus can often obscure areas that a truly comprehensive service cannot ignore.
Our mission is to bring financial clarity to our clients, helping them and their families to become organised. We are looking for individuals and teams that share our mindset to join our supportive and fun, high-performing team.
What matters? Emotional intelligence is essential. We build patient relationships – with clients and within the team. We don’t sell; we support and advise to achieve multigenerational, holistic, ongoing financial clarity.
Our clients are high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and partners at professional services firms with total assets (not FUM) typically exceeding £5 million.
