Key Responsibilities High-level executive support – managing an extremely busy diary, prioritising meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination. Inbox and communication management – filtering, drafting, and handling correspondence with absolute discretion. Project management – overseeing key initiatives, ensuring follow-up and execution of critical business priorities. Board liaison – preparing agendas, collating documents, and ensuring smooth board-level interactions. Stakeholder management – acting as a key point of contact between the CEO, senior leadership team, and external partners. Briefing and preparation – compiling reports, presentations, and insights to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and engagements. Decision support – acting as a sounding board, providing insight and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-value activities. Event coordination – organising high-profile engagements, speaking opportunities, and industry networking. This role requires an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant who has worked 1:1 with a CEO in a fast-moving, complex environment.
