As the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer at West Lancashire Borough Council, you will play a critical role ensuring the safety and security of residents within our communities. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and fostering strong community relationships to create safer, more vibrant neighbourhoods. This role will require the successful candidate to be empathetic towards resident experiences and victim focussed. The successful candidate must have 2 years experience of working in a anti-social behaviour role within social housing.
You will support the Council's move to a more place-based approach, working to instil community cohesion and community pride, working with and alongside residents to tackle issues and bring about positive change.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can work with residents, colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes and sustain tenancies and is aware of relevant legislation and policies affecting Housing and Anti-Social Behaviour.
