Jobs, missions and profiles
The Regional Sales Manager (M/F) will work proactively to develop his/her region. He or she will work as part of the sales team, in liaison with the technical team and our partners in the AVEVA ecosystem. As a key player in the commercial development of our Software activities in the region, he/she will play an active role in promoting the product offering, and will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy in conjunction with marketing.

* A true ambassador for the company and its solutions to both customers and key partners
* Significant development of business volume with defined accounts and
prospecting for new accounts
* Responsible for meeting sales targets in the areas defined
* Design, advice, qualification, preparation and follow-up of commercial offers
* Prospecting for allocated accounts, supported by marketing campaigns
* Management of the installed base for the offer dedicated to supervision, archiving of data
* Management of end-customer and integrator customers
* Sales reporting to the Sales Director / Team Leader for the region, including forecasts, the Opportunity Pipe, actions taken and projects in progress
* To be a real source of proposals for the offering, its marketing and its development organisation to support the development of the Software department
Profil
* Advanced technical and/or commercial training
* At least 3 years' successful sales experience
* Sales skills in technical environments implementing industrial solutions

* Previous experience in industrial project management is preferred
* Autonomous and an active contributor to the development of the region
* An entrepreneurial attitude is a key factor in this role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and a proactive attitude
* Excellent presentation and organisational skills combined with the ability to interact with customers at all levels, and the ability to express oneself clearly in the technical sector
* Fluent professional English
