Recruitment Consultant - Industrial
Swindon office - SN5 7XF
£28,000 to £30,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus which increases in line with performance against targets.

The Role:
1. Cold calling and face-to-face new business development to generate new clients within the industrial sector.
2. Gaining a strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
3. Managing current client relationships to ensure client stabilization and repeat business is maintained - carrying out regular service visits with the current client base.
4. Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
5. Attending local networking events to raise brand awareness and always promote Responsive Personnel.
6. Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
7. Building key relationships with clients and candidates.
The Candidate:
1. Experience within the industrial or other recruitment sector.
2. Proven track record of overachievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
3. Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
4. Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.
5. Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source high calibre candidates matching to these.
6. Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective action plans are put in place for the future.
7. Strong administration skills and an eye for detail.
A minimum of 18 months full cycle recruitment experience is essential for this role.
Full Driving Licence and own transport - business mileage is reimbursed.
