The role is within a small home, fostering a real community feel with staff, residents, and relatives all being locals.
To qualify, you should have previous Care Home leadership experience and a solid understanding of CQC and care standards. You may be a dedicated Senior with good tenures, ready for the next step towards management.
An NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management (started or completed) would be advantageous, but it is not mandatory. However, a Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
