About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to engage with trending content on social media, focusing on TikTok and Instagram. You will ensure the brand is present in relevant conversations beyond their own channels, with a strong focus on culture and trending topics.
The job
Proactive Engagement:
* Comment on trending content across social platforms, prioritising TikTok.
* Search for brand-related content and keywords daily to identify opportunities for engagement, including any current campaigns.
* Monitor and engage with user-generated content (UGC) and influencer posts, resharing relevant TikTok content.
* Adapt keyword searches based on current marketing campaigns or brand sponsorships.
Reactive Engagement:
* Participate in daily reactive content sweeps, identifying and flagging real-time opportunities for brand engagement across social channels.
* Collaborate with the social creative team to reshare approved UGC on Instagram Stories.
Social Listening:
* Monitor social platforms for potential issues and flag negative comments, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
What we are looking for:
* Passion for social media and a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
* Proven experience in community management, with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Ability to write engaging, real-time copy that connects with audiences.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
