About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Teacher to join our partner secondary school in Gorton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and engaging educational environment, starting in September 2024, with the possibility of an earlier start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall school experience for students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in English or a related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
