Expert learning delivery: Experienced at delivering high-quality, engaging learning programmes across key commercial disciplines. Programme development: Create innovative, high-quality learning solutions that are immersive, accessible, and practical -whether through in-person experiences, e-learning, or via other technology. Industry expertise: Utilise knowledge of the food and consumer goods industry to create relevant and impactful content that addresses current trends, regulations, and best practices. Performance management: Conduct skills gap analyses and performance reviews to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of learning or skill programmes. Budget management: Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality training solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the client leadership team and social impact team to ensure training programmes meet client needs and support the skills required for a thriving food system. Innovation: Stay ahead of global learning trends, ensuring IGD remains a thought leader in L&D excellence and continuously look at ways to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the success of training programmes, making adjustments as necessary to improve effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, People or a related field. Experience: Significant experience in learning and development, in a leadership role preferably within the food and consumer goods industry. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and progressive learning methodologies.
