Salary – £40,000 to £42,000 per annum plus car allowance
Hours of Work – 37.5 between 8.30am to 5pm

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
As MJ Quinn Traffic Management, we provide Design and Traffic Management services to our internal Operations Teams to assist in delivering our collective targets for our clients, Openreach and Netomnia, whilst also supporting any Traffic Management requirements for external clients. The TM Department is part of the MJ Quinn Telecommunication Division.
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Traffic Management Design Manager holds managerial responsibility for the Traffic Management CAD Team and has the responsibility for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) designs for the MJ Quinn Traffic Management department.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review and approve output completed by the TM CAD Team and CAD Partners.
2. Provide leadership, direction, and training to other CAD personnel.
3. Remain informed of the latest software updates and modelling techniques.
4. Ensure Internal and External audits are carried out in line with the schedule.
5. Ensure we meet the needs of the specification.
6. Promote a positive and professional image of the department and business.
7. Act as a role model and lead teams effectively.
8. Ensure and promote safe working practices and follow up on any non-conformances.
9. Develop clear action plans on any underperformance.
10. Develop team members and empower staff to enhance personal and team performance.
11. Demonstrate commercial acumen.
12. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed.
13. Manage and control workforce attrition.
