Salary: Circa £27,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
This is a diverse role within the Bristol Programme Support Office, which is responsible for the provision of a document security, control and management service, whilst embracing transformational change to modernise and strengthen organisational security, in order to provide a compliant and efficient service.
Experience and skills of working in a UK Defence/Government setting is preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to be proactive in managing a busy workload and will work on their own initiative on some occasions. You will need to exhibit a high level of resilience, communication and organisation skills and attention to detail, which is key to the success in this role.
Your Essential Responsibilities will involve these core elements:
* Strong focus upon ensuring compliance to defined standards and processes outlined by our client.
* Process internal and external movement of classified material within the UK and overseas in accordance with HMG regulations.
* Communicating with individuals, of varying levels, throughout the business.
* Meet key deadlines such as bid deliveries and payment milestones. This requires the role holder to maintain flexibility and on occasions may require working additional hours.
* Maintain accurate records of documentation using the Security Information Management System.
* Assisting with essential document mustering activities including spot-checks.
* Provide advice to the business on all aspects of classified material handling and control.
* Administrative support to the PSO Supervisor and other Security related activities as the need arises.
* Flexibility to travel to other UK sites will be required on occasion.
