Are you an Administrator with strong coordination skills and have an interest in Learning & Development? We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our People Hub Team in Stockton on Tees As part of a small L&D team within our HR Shared Service Centre, you will coordinate a range of training programmes and advise on L&D queries. You will use your organisational skills, to ensure participants have all the information they need and courses run smoothly. What you will be doing: End-to-end coordination of Learning programmes, including event coordination and communications. Setup of events and sessions in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) Coordinate delegates, waitlists, and attendance both internally and with third party facilitators. Source and book room availability for on-site sessions, including the organisation of catering, office access and room layout. Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete and current. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their learning needs - and priorities. What you’ll bring: Administration experience with exposure to coordinating programmes. Experience within a HR Shared Service Centre, with an interest in L&D and employee development. Strong influencing skills with the ability to present recommendations in a confident and business-like manner to a range of stakeholders. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. It would be great if you had: L&D experience.
