About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Incident Management Coordinator to join our Mansfield team. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the Service & Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, and capable of delivering top-notch client service while working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and assign reactive calls to engineers, ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
- Coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely job responses and real-time updates.
- Process and manage completed paperwork, taking further action when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide job updates.
- Ensure all completed calls are accurately costed according to contract terms.
- Promote company services and maintain compliance through software updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with a drive for success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Desired: Administrative qualifications and industry knowledge.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a desire for continuous learning.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
