Ensure procedures and ways of working consistently deliver year-on-year improvements, addressing any deviations promptly and implementing measures to prevent recurrence. Apply advanced expertise to proactively identify, analyse, and resolve material-related issues in line with business objectives and operational needs. Ensure timely and accurate execution of goods-in and despatch activities to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Manage despatch operations to reduce lead times and inventory levels, while driving continuous improvement year-on-year. Work closely with Procurement and Production Planning teams to improve the efficiency of material supply, maintain appropriate safety stock levels, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across processes, procedures, and people-internally and externally. Encourage cross-functional collaboration to drive cost savings and service enhancements, while delivering and sustaining a robust perpetual inventory management process.
