The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Graduate Sales Engagement Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for sales and data analytics, who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation, deliver data-led customer campaigns, and optimise sales strategies through data-driven insights. As a Sales Engagement Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analysing campaign trends, customer behaviours, and sales performance metrics to enhance our sales and marketing processes and boost customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support the development and execution of sales engagement strategies.
* Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Assist in generating reports that track key sales metrics and KPIs.
* Provide insights into customer and market engagement levels and recommend strategies to improve sales funnel performance.
* Support the development of personalised sales campaigns to target key customer segments.
* Use Salesforce to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
* Assist with administrative tasks and coordination of sales team efforts.
About You
* Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Strong ability to manage and analyse data sets.
* Experience or familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce).
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about sales and business growth.
