Were seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Lead Engineer to join our Accessories Design Team. As one of six Project Lead Engineers in the wider team, you will take full ownership of the design, development, testing, and approval of all Accessory or OE products for which Accessories have Design Team responsibility, for multiple motorcycle models. With full project ownership from concept to production, you will ensure that our accessories meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and performance. By driving to achieve premium levels of integration and following a customer centric approach, you will enable high levels of customer satisfaction and support the growth of a significant revenue stream for the business. The Project Lead Engineer will ensure delivery to the time, cost, quality, and specification constraints within the NMIP framework, both directly and through your allocated Design and Senior Design Engineers. You will maintain excellent working relationships with all project stakeholders, working closely with all areas of the business.
