The Office Junior will provide crucial support across various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
The successful applicant will be self-reliant with good computer skills, excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
* Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
* Assist with organising meetings for fee earners.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and provide support as needed.
