Forest House supports young people suffering from emotional, behavioural, and psychiatric problems, offering young people a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service: assessing, treating and evaluating care through a variety of therapeutic techniques, including family work, individual work, group work and day-to-day milieu. Main duties of the job You will be expected to: Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, assisting in the provision of a high quality service to students (and their families) experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The role requires skills in assessing, planning, organising, reviewing and supervision. Involved in delivering informed processes and evidence based interventions to support the recovery of young people referred to the service. This work will be in accordance with clinical governance processes and professional standards. Utilise skills and knowledge of CBT and child and adolescent mental health practice in order to provide clinical supervision to Senior Practitioners Be responsible for establishing and maintaining team systems and processes for the effective operation of the team, including outcome measurements, audit and annual service policy review.
