Office Drainage CCTV Coder /Administrator Rochford- Office based Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits This role will principally involve coding drainage CCTV data using Wincan Software, working in conjunction with field-based Drainage Engineers, who undertake CCTV Drainage Survey and act as a fundamental Quality assurance for all CCTV surveys prior to client submission. The role will also be involved in job completion reporting to a high standard. Additionally, this role will have an administrative function including supporting the project management teams, managing the administrative tasks within the operational, customer and client areas of the department. More about the role: Interpret and code data gathered, making notes and logging evidence based on asset condition, including asset condition assessment surveys prior to creating professional drainage reports. You will also include timely identification of remedial works requirements and working closely with company and group departments and Business Development to price works and win remedial works. Working closely with existing and new clients and building relationships. Work with industry standard software including Wincan, CAD and infonet. Creation of drainage mapping plans in conjunction with site teams. Manage incoming calls, providing a courteous and efficient point of contact for enquiries, redirecting or escalating as necessary. Efficiently process a variety of administrative requests, from data entry to file management, supporting departmental needs. Organise and maintain office spaces and systems, including document management and archiving, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ensure that the department office area is kept clean, safe and ensure that waste is minimised and stored/treated/disposed of responsibly. Control access to restricted areas to maintain security and compliance. Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and other relevant communications. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings. Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle mail and email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution and response. About you: OS19 X Certification with Wincan Experience. Good levels of numeracy and literacy. Good analytical skills. Computer literate, with experience of word processing and use of spreadsheets. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Very effective planning and organisational skills. Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility when necessary and to work as a part of a team.
