With a developing consumer base, our client is looking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to join their alarm activation team. Our client is one of the UK's leaders in property and site security.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will develop, grow, and maintain a portfolio of clients effectively managing the customer journey from a security and advice point of view.

The nature of our client's business within the alarm activation team requires the staff to work on a 4 on 4 off rota from 19:00 pm - 07:00 am.

This Customer Service Executive role will hold the below responsibilities:
1. Managing customer relationships, arranging quotes and relationship management
2. Reviewing customer cases and issuing responses
3. Dealing with inbound customer enquiries
4. The processing and action of work orders compiled by their clients
5. Managing a portfolio of clients' requests and providing aftercare
6. Dealing with invoice queries and issuing customer invoices
7. General administration duties
8. Handling complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Executive role will hold the exposure and skillsets below:
1. Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential
2. Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships
3. A progressive and professional mindset with the want to grow
4. Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook
7. Able to multitask and prioritise workload
8. Full UK Driving License
