About the Administrator role
We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our client’s team and provide essential support to the business. The successful Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator
Managing and maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
Cross referencing and processing deliveries
Assisting with general office administration and filing systems.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business processes.
About You
The ideal Administrator will have:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
