Job Description Oracle Supply Chain – Functional- Senior Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Requirements gathering by conducting workshops and analysis sessions with the customer Able to interpret functional requirements and deliver the system / process designs in the Supply Chain and Procurement area Map client requirements against standard Oracle supply chain Module’s process Design module specific and end to end process solution in the context of integrated Oracle supply chain application Should be capable of handling Functional Fit-Gap analysis Manage project documentation based on OUM methodology Manage supply chain module configuration in Oracle EBS and Fusion application Should manage support and conduct CRPs/SITs/UATs and the preparation test scenarios & scripts in the applicable areas Should manage, support, and conduct end use training and the preparation of appropriate training materials Manage participate project review session with the customer Own and manage the maintenance and enhancements on an existing Oracle supply chain modules Manage quality aspects in each project implementation phases Support the team in planning and client relationships Manage and support internal KPI’s Experience: Core experience in supply chain functions Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in ERP supply chain product (EBS and Fusion) which includes modules such as Procurement (Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Contracts, Purchasing and Self-Service Procurement), Product Information Management including Product Data Hub, Demand Management (Demand Management Cloud), Inventory, Receipt accounting, cost accounting ,landed cost management, Warehouse Management and Warehouse Workforce Management, Transportation Management, Quality (Inbound, Outbound, In-process and any other inspection), Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning, Manufacturing, Maintenance including Predictive Maintenance using IOT Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations in EBS and another in Fusion supply chain offerings Experience in Oracle EBS supply chain areas Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role Competencies / Skills: Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
