About the role
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Order Processor to join our Strucutural Connections team based in Sheffield, UK.
The purpose of this role is to review and process all sales orders received in an efficient and timely manner. You'll also be responsible for deliverimg excellent customer service in order to enable the busines to
maintain and expand our customer base.
Main responsibilities
In this role you'll:
1. Handle customer calls and emails in a timely manner with the ability to prioritize
2. Respond to questions and queries both internally and from our customers
3. Prepare quotations & process customer orders
4. Complete quotation follow up calls
5. Negotiate with customers to secure orders
6. Liaise with other departments to ensure that orders are completed to customer deadlines
Experience & qualifications
In this role you'll need:
7. Experience in a busy sales office
8. GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C
9. To be enthusiastic with a can do attitude able to work on your own initiative.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. To be methodical, organised with the ability to prioritise.
12. To be computer literate (particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)
13. To be accurate with good attention to detail.
14. To be able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines
