Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing manufacturer near Lincoln who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join the team. Your new role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for monthly management accounts, reconciliations, stock, fixed assets, bills of materials, costing and margin analysis, as well as reporting and providing key analysis for the senior leadership team. What you'll need to succeed You will be a part-qualified or qualified Accountant or AAT with recent and proven management accounting experience. You will be a "hands on" individual who can work as part of a team and be happy to pick up more routine tasks. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to interpret and analyse data and produce clear and concise reports. You will have strong IT skills (NAV would be desirable) and good Excel skills. You will be living in close commute of the Lincoln area as the role is hybrid working.
