As a Health Visitor within the Healthy Child Service, you will be working directly with families to help support the social, emotional, physical and intellectual wellbeing of children, from pregnancy to 5 years. Working in partnership with the Health and Children’s Centre Manager you will support in leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 0-5 (HCP) helping plan and review service delivery to ensure it is high quality and delivers outcomes for children. You will need: Qualification as a Health Visitor or nearing completion NMC registration as a qualified nurse, midwife or allied health professional passion for supporting children, families and public health strong communication, interpersonal and listening abilities commitment to our WE ASPIRE values.
