Assistant Examinations Officer - Aylesbury Vale Academy

Term time only
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3 Point 16 to 20 (£27,310 to £29,295) FTE
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 15 to 25 hours per week. Flexible on days and hours. 40 weeks per year which would include being available for 4 days for examination results during the summer period. Actual salary will reflect this working pattern.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
1. To assist in managing the Academy's team of Exam Invigilators.
2. Attention to detail when checking key documentation.
3. To assist with entries for examinations to the examination boards.
4. To assist with the production of exam timetables for mock examinations.
5. To disseminate information about examinations to staff, students and parents/carers.

The successful candidate should display integrity and resilience and have good communication skills with the ability to relate to students, teachers, parents/carers and other professionals.
