ERP Systems Administrator (Intact iQ)
Reporting to:Project Development & Implementation Manager
Location: Flexible, either London, Reading, Manchester or Guernsey.
Working hours: Full time, Monday – Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
About the role:
We are looking for a skilled Intact IQ System Administrator to become the functional expert for our Intact IQ system. In this role, you will manage user accounts, permissions, and roles, acting as the first point of contact for any user queries and ensuring efficient operation of the system. You’ll also work closely with our Intact account manager and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to staff, while enhancing the overall user proficiency and system adoption.
Responsibilities:
* Work with senior managers to ensure system compliance as necessary
* Resolve user and system problems promptly with assistance from 3rd party support teams when required
* Develop and deliver training to new staff and refresher training as required
* Ensure data accuracy and cleansing as appropriate
* Manage the configuration of users, permissions, access control and security
* Provide bespoke reports, alerts, notifications and system rules as directed
* Identify areas for improvement and scope modifications in liaison with key users
* Plan and deliver the annual upgrade
Requirements:
Essential
* Experience in system administration or a similar IT role, with exposure to large ERP/Intact iQ systems preferred
* Knowledge of all modules within an ERP eg: Ledgers, Order Processing, Reporting, Scanning
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
* Experience in designing and delivering training
* Strong skills in creating clear and concise user documentation
* MS Office skills
Desirable
* Prior experience working with the Intact iQ system
