Overview:
We are looking for a superstar National Account Manager to manage our Ocado and Pureplay eComm business. You will be based in Frimley and part of the European eCommerce team, reporting to the Head of eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
* Relentlessly pursue ambitious growth opportunities in your customers. Define a customer strategy and convert it into a plan that helps you win. Rally the troops behind your customer and your plans. Proactively share updates and inspire the wider LSB business on your customer’s strategy, performance, risks and opportunities.
* Agree & execute yearly sales plans with customers to deliver sales, profit & return on investment. Be resourceful & employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin & distribution targets for your customers. Manage trade terms, price increases & promotional plans.
* Over deliver on all account management basics: accurate and timely financial and demand forecasting, performance tracking and reporting and being all over your NAM-admin.
* Live the values of LSB. Collaborate closely with other members of the team to set an envied culture and ways of working aligned with the company values and behaviours.
* Be a role model within the wider sales team, share best practice, learnings and ideas to support others to help contribute to team goals and ambitions.
Experience you’ll bring:
* Solid account management experience within Grocery / FMCG. eCommerce experience would be useful but not essential.
* You have built winning sales plans and negotiated and executed annual business plans.
* You will be adept at building and fostering relationships, both internally and externally and establishing great ways of working with your contacts.
* You’re commercially savvy, you’re comfortable managing a P&L and know which levers to pull to hit your targets.
