Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Lytham St. Annes/Manchester/Hybrid

About The Role:
You will:
Design Development:
* Create and maintain visually appealing designs that reflect the unique identity and tone of multiple brands.
* Develop logos, branding elements, packaging designs, and other graphic materials as needed.
* Produce layouts and visuals for websites, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and other digital and print platforms.
Brand Consistency:
* Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines while adapting visuals to fit the specific goals of each brand.
* Update and refine brand assets across various touchpoints as the brands evolve.
* Develop design templates and guides to standardise visuals across different platforms.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with brand manager, marketing, and product teams to understand the goals and vision of each brand.
* Collaborate with content creators and marketing specialists to integrate visuals with messaging.
* Liaise with external agencies or freelancers when required to ensure the quality of outsourced print work.
Creative Strategy:
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts and campaigns.
* Analyse design trends and competitor visuals to keep the brands modern and competitive.
* Provide insights and recommendations for improving the overall visual impact of the brands.
Project Management:
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different brands simultaneously.
* Prioritise workload effectively to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing design quality.
* Track the performance of design assets and iterate on them based on feedback and performance data.
Role Specific Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably working with multiple brands or in an agency setting.
* A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across various mediums and brands.
* Strong understanding of Mac based design software, including Adobe Creative Suit, In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Strong creative and copyright skills
* Attention to detail
* Interested in Marketing and Branding
* Video editing skills preferred but not essential
* Be committed to continuous learning and development
