We are currently searching for an experienced Manufacturing candidate to join our fast-paced team in the tank room as a Process Operator. The role is responsible for preparing and delivering mixes on time to the production lines. In return, we offer an attractive salary of £27,370.48 whilst completing training and on successful completion, £28,741.33. You will also receive a weekly shift allowance of £109.86. This role involves rotating shifts of 4 on 4 off, 12 hours each, from 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Operate within the Baxter documentation procedures (BaxU) and requirements meeting all safety quality and performance guidelines.
* Escalate issues to the team leader and may be involved in rectifying issues with support.
* Plan and execute all relevant asset maintenance tasks to ensure machine availability and performance targets are met.
* Perform daily and weekly cleaning of the equipment and the area.
* Be actively involved in improvement programs, demonstrating a willingness to adopt new ways of working.
Experience required
* Experience in a manufacturing role (pharmaceutical or food manufacturing would be advantageous).
* Batch processing experience would be beneficial.
* Basic fault-finding experience.
* Team player.
* Strong work ethic and able to flexibly meet the needs of the business.
* Results-oriented.
* Clear and effective communication skills, written and spoken.
