Main duties of the job Support and manage the delivery of corporate and mandatory training for all staff within Plan, Develop, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate educational programmes. Ensure a robust and accurate means of documentation and record-keeping of clinical training delivered or co-ordinated-to provide evidence of compliance with NHSLA and CQC standards. Support and actively teach on the delivery of Trust-wide education and training programmes and initiatives as required e.g. preceptorship, apprenticeships and clinical skills. Responsible for leading and co-ordinating training and education within the UTCs and MIUs Ensure all new staff receive induction/mandatory training and monitor compliance. Ensure that all staff have necessary mandatory training in relation to high risk/very high-risk medical devices. Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary clinical practice and introduce changes to practice where this is proven to be beneficial and evidence based.
