Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous or Senior Sous Chef to join our clients small but dedicated culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in food preparation and meal preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a love for creating wholesome well loved dishes. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for brigade management in the absence of the Head Chef and to ensure food safety standards are met whilst delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
