Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our client are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their busy M&E team in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and filter a busy Outlook inbox: raise new jobs, record updates, and respond to inquiries.
Update job information on the company portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Raise and track purchase orders.
Communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding job status, dates, times, locations, access details, and health and safety requirements.
Input data and create monthly reports.
Maintain trackers and portals to ensure information is always up-to-date.
Create and distribute Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) and Permits to Work.
Coordinate bookings with centre management and raise permits.
Plan and schedule the weekly tasks for engineers.
Assist in preparing and tracking facilities budgets.
Provide general office administrative support.
Cover for the Service Manager and other administrative staff during holidays.On-Call Requirements:
Weekend inbox checks (remote on-call) for 2 out of 4 weekends on a 2-week on, 2-week off rota.Qualifications and Skills:
Essential: Experience in all Microsoft Office packages and facilities administration ideally within an M&E Business.
Desirable: Familiarity with Job Logic software.
