Graduate Water Resource Engineer / Analyst
We are seeking to recruit a Graduate Engineer or Analyst into our team. The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
1. Hydrological assessment
2. Hydraulic modelling of river systems
3. Preparation of Flood Risk Assessment reports
4. Design of foul drainage systems
5. Nature-Based drainage solutions
6. SuDS design
Applications are invited from candidates that have either recently graduated or have a few years of previous work experience and are looking to further develop their careers. The successful candidate will have a level 8 BE degree (honours bachelor's degree) or higher in civil/environmental engineering or a level 8 BSc (honours bachelor's degree) or higher in earth and oceans sciences, have good inter-personal skills and be willing to work in a team on a number of projects.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in hydrology or hydraulic modelling software such as HEC-RAS or Flood Modeller Pro, and other engineering software such as Micro Drainage, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS/MapInfo/QGIS.
