The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people, who can support people into paid employed and has experience of working with employers to facilitate this. Location: Home Based with travel to clients across the Yorkshire region Salary: £24,500 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata - 0.5 contract) You will have: • The ability to work comfortably remotely using a range of digital channels including phone, video conferencing, instant messaging and email • Proven record of success in engaging SEN participants on programme • Knowledge of current recruitment practice and corporate social responsibility • An understanding of the local and regional labour market and employment issues within one or more sectors or industries • Strong communication skills and an ability to forge meaningful working relationships across the region.
