Reward Manager Bristol (Hybrid) Our client are looking for a Reward Manager to join their Bristol based team on a permanent basis. This is a key hire for our client and will assist in Compensation and Reward strategy, lead on data collection & analysis and help mature the Reward department. Key Responsibilities will include: Design and implement reward strategies across the UK. Lead on the annual salary review and bonus process including external benchmarking. Operate and manage the companies long term incentive and share plan. Provide expert reward advice and support to the business.
