Skills Alliance is currently partnered with a global Pharmaceutical business who specialise in he Generics space as they look for to a new Country Manager to manage the UK and Ireland sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers across the UK, creating and executing a sales strategy and playing a key part in growing the division.
Country Manager - Responsibilities:
* Manage team of Key Account Managers across the UK and Ireland
* Create a strategic plan to grow sales and profit
* Achieve Sales target as per according to annual plan
* Work cross functionally across the business with other internal stakeholder as Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality or other
Country Manager - Requirements:
* 5 years sales management experience in a Pharmaceutical setting
* Experience within the Generics space
* Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
* Fluent in English
