Main duties of the job
About the RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing and Events, you will be responsible for ensuring that all email and SMS communications enhance engagement and ultimately drive loyalty.Were looking for someone who is passionate, data driven and agile. We are looking for someone who can.Create, improve and maintain content to inform and engage our audiences. Adapt and segment content as appropriate for each key audienceMonitor content KPIs and metrics to drive performance Plan and oversee the creation and maintenance of website content. Develop and deliver the social media strategyWork with the Graphic Designer and external agencies to create compelling content and promote a consistent brand identity. Research and develop opportunities for collaborations and partnershipCreate e-books, guides and white papers to drive data capture.

Essential
1. What youll bring to the role:
2. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other related field
3. Ability to be creative and to produce innovative content
4. Experience of creating branded content
5. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and native social media platforms
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
