Pay: £100 - £120 per day

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Havering. This long-term, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting teachers in delivering an engaging and creative curriculum. You will play a vital role in fostering a love of learning and supporting the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons and small group interventions.
2. Provide high-quality classroom support to teachers, ensuring all pupils are included and engaged.
3. Work one-on-one with students who may require additional support, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
4. Lead activities during teacher absences and contribute to the planning of lessons and resources.
5. Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment.
6. Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
Application Requirements:
1. HLTA qualification or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and meet the needs of diverse learners.
5. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
