Role Overview The data analyst must have a love for attention to detail and be excited by data management. This is a hands-on role but will also contribute to strategic acquisition and platform positions, supporting business growth and decision-making. You will join an industry-leading team of AI researchers, applied AI scientists, and data and software engineers with a real passion for building a better tomorrow for us all. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities with deep industry experience and the ability to bridge the gap between business context and data analysis. Responsibilities Design, implement and optimise data collection processes to gather relevant and high-quality data for various projects within the domains of climate tech, health, energy, sustainable farming Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurately captured from multiple sources, including experimental, clinical, and public datasets Assess data quality and establish robust data validation procedures to ensure data integrity throughout the analysis pipeline Develop and apply data quality frameworks tailored to machine learning use cases, focusing on data completeness, accuracy, and reliability Act as a vital link between engineers, scientists, and the applied AI team, facilitating seamless communication and data flow across the entire drug discovery process Support interdisciplinary projects by translating complex data requirements into actionable insights and providing clear guidance on data use Guide the data acquisition strategy based on a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, emerging trends, and scientific advancements Identify new data sources and partnerships that can enhance the company's data capabilities and contribute to strategic decision-making Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
