Job Summary:
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in our clients manufacturing facility. You will ensure the efficient production of high-quality packaging products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards. Perform regular inspections and report any defects or issues.
* Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery. Report any malfunctions or required repairs to the maintenance team.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality checks.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet production targets.
Requirements
Shifts - Monday to Friday
6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm - Rotating
Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
* Skills: Ability to operate machinery and equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and turn as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Good ENglish speaking and reading
