About the role
It's exciting and busy times at Churchill Estates Management (CEM) and we are looking to appoint a Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join our friendly Accounts and Finance team here in Ringwood on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage service charge accounts and ensure accurate billing.
2. Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation.
3. Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in accounts administration preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Good communication skills.
