Partnerships Support Lead £35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A) Manchester city centre, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home, the office and making occasional site visits (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy). 12-month fixed term contract We’re looking for a Partnerships Support Lead to join our Instore Partnership team, which is part of our wider Format and Innovation team. You’ll be joining a dynamic group of colleagues that are helping Co-op to improve our customer proposition by partnering with a broad range of established retail organisations, including companies such as Instavolt, MeGroup, Boyes, Peacocks and The Original Factory Store. It’ll be up to you to lead in this exciting space, delivering new ways to meet the constant changing needs of our customers, members, and communities. What you’ll do Support our in-store partnerships through regular meetings, progressing actions and managing the growth plan Become the main point of contact between our store retail team and partners through regular communications Review partner performance data and identify opportunities for growth, as well as proactively working with partners to improve performance in underperforming stores Engage with partner organisations to resolve issues, continuously reviewing ways of working that optimise customer and colleague experience in our stores Work closely with finance teams in the tracking and reconciliation of partnerships invoicing and income Make sure the partner brand and experience is delivered consistently and meets customers’ expectations Support the partnerships manager with contract management and innovation to grow ROI for Co-op This role would suit people who have A strong customer focus, balanced with great commercial acumen Some partnerships experience or similar with the ability to build great relationships with external suppliers and partners Great analytical and excel skills with previous experience managing the tracking of budget spend and volumes Great organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your work Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence thinking and challenge when necessary Why Co-op?
