Role & Responsibilities: As an Assembly Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our production team, responsible for: Mechanical Assembly: Constructing automation modules, including cabling and wiring of electro-pneumatic systems in our workshop. Installation & Commissioning: Installing and commissioning systems on-site, ensuring seamless integration and operation. Precision Measurements: Taking exact measurements to ensure components fit perfectly, selecting or modifying parts as needed. Quality Control: Aligning materials and assembling parts to create complex units, meticulously checking outputs to ensure the highest quality standards. Maintenance: Keeping equipment in excellent condition and maintaining detailed records of production quantities and time. Reporting: Identifying and reporting any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts promptly. Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience: Proven experience as an assembly engineer with a strong technical background. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, proficiency in using hand tools and machines. Quality Focus: A solid understanding of quality control principles. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Physical Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition. Education: A time-served apprenticeship or qualification in an Engineering Discipline is essential.
