Job Description
A Systems Engineer will contribute to the systems engineering design activities throughout the project lifecycle, defining systems requirements, creating design documentation, and conducting integration and verification testing.
* Definition of Systems Requirements for the product
* Creation of design documentation capturing the systems engineering design
* Definition of internal and external interfaces of the system
* Development of test procedures to support the verification of the system
* Conducting integration and verification testing against test procedures
The successful candidate should be a good communicator with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, defining systems interfaces, and extracting user needs from design briefs.
Requirements
* Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Knowledge of systems modelling techniques
* Experience of analysing potential solutions against key needs in a design brief
* Experience of using design analysis techniques
About This Role
This role will report to the Discipline Manager for Systems Engineering. In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the UK.
